Dave Schuman, NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor

A former High School First Team All-American, Dave earned a full football athletic scholarship at University of Connecticut where he was a starting linebacker under head coach Skip Holtz. A success on and off the field, Coach Schuman was a Dean’s List student-athlete who earned both a Bachelors and Master’s degree at UConn. After receiving his Master degree, David worked as a strategic business analyst for a top technology solutions company. He later moved to New York City to become Senior Vice President for an internet strategy and web development company. He was one of the fastest rising young executives during the internet boom of the late 90’s.

September 11, 2001 was the day that changed Dave’s goals and dreams. Dave’s largest client Cantor Fitzgerald was devastated during the tragic event. The loss of many colleagues and his desire to help people accomplish their dreams brought Dave back to football. He soon became head coach at Saddle Brook High School in his hometown of Saddle Brook, New Jersey. A skilled multi-tasker, Coach Schuman also enrolled at Columbia University for a second Master’s Degree at Columbia’s prestigious teaching college before opening his own business, Schuman’s Speed School, where he trained some of the country’s top high school, college and professional athletes. Dave wanted to provide talented high school football players from all socioeconomic backgrounds, from inner cities to suburbs, all across the country the opportunity to showcase their skills without bias and to provide them early exposure to top colleges. As a result of this vision, Schuman’s National Underclassmen Combine was born and currently thrives as NUC Sports.

Dave has been the CEO of NUC Sports for over a decade. NUC Sports runs the largest football evaluation set of events in the USA. Through a series of high profile Football Showcases and Events NUC integrates evaluation, recruiting, training, apparel, and media all in one with the intent in getting our over 20,000 athletes that come through each year increased recruiting exposure. has become one of the top websites for athletes to get recruiting exposure in football with over 2-million followers across all primary social media networks. Dave’s passion is football and providing an avenue for some of the country’s most talented high school football players to be featured is his life’s mission. This mission has taken him to the next step on the journey to form Inspired Athletes LLC to give college athletes boutique family representation to help them live out their dreams of playing and succeeding in the NFL and life.

Andrew Campagnone, Senior Managing Partner

Andrew Campagnone has a long history in top-tier professional sports marketing and media sales. His diverse portfolio includes affiliation with teams from Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, and NASCAR’s top teams. The native of Wilmington, Delaware, Campagnone started from the advertising sales perspective, having grown up in the media business. His family owned several radio stations in the Wilmington market and led him to a start his career in media sales as a national sales representative for his family’s assets in the 90s. His media background turned to the sports marketing world. Campagnone worked for such clients as the San Diego Padres, and the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. His knowledge in media and sports, combined with his affiliation on the corporate side working for Outback Steakhouse, West Coast sports marketing, brings a unique perspective as a collaborator between corporate advertising, media and sports marketing. Campagnone turned from baseball and hockey to pursue opportunities with NASCAR, taking positions in executive management with Bill Davis Racing and Dale Earnhardt, Inc. In 2005, he was instrumental in Toyota’s introduction into NASCAR, in the first-ever truck program with Bill Davis Racing. Campagnone further helped engineer a division of Toyota Certified Used Cars to enter into the NASCAR Truck series. At Bill Davis Racing, he also revitalized sponsorship sales, adding both new associate sponsorship and primary sponsorship opportunities in the Craftsman Truck series and NEXTEL CUP series. With DEI, Campagnone was responsible for several new sponsorship and marketing opportunities, including Sharpie and Wrigley Company, and CUB CADET among others and the overall brand of the DEI and Dale Jr. Campagnone has developed new partnerships for Panasonic and their “Megavision” LED Board at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Ebay Motors with Mark Martin in the Sprint Cup Series, and the AARP Foundations ‘Drive to End Hunger” with 4 Time Sprint Cup Champion Jeff Gordon and Hendrick Motorsports. Campagnone recently partnered Farmers Insurance Group with Kasey Kane for a three year term in the Sprint Cup series with Hendrick Motorsports, and Farmers Insurance will have a b2b component around the Hendrick Motorsports Partnership. Campagnone has been responsible for over 150 million dollars of sponsorship dollars optimization with top assets that has driven sales for these top brands using NASCARCampagnone and his wife, Kymberlie, from Park City, Utah, live with their daughter Alivia and Alexa in Concord, North Carolina.
